First things first get rid of all that garbage that you think about get rid of it. Insecurities build up on us because we keep comparing ourselves to the living organisms around us. We find people who are better than us and then comparison starts we see all the "perfect" things on them and all we see in ourselves are the ugly ones. The thing is no one is perfect nope no one. All those perfect people have flaws in them too. It's a good thing that you see the good on other people but stop saying that you suck,you're a loser,stupid and all those negative thoughts because everyone one of us is special and we all have that one thing that other people don't have for example you can make people laugh,give them better days, you have nice pretty eyes and long eyelashes. But another problem is when we get depressed because models and celebrities exist and we feel insecure and we do everything just to look or be like them. Celebrities are good looking because of = Make-up of course they have their natural beauty (you do to) but if they don't have make-up I bet they look like the regular joe or jane that walks to school every morning they hire stylists and make-up artist so they can obtain the perfect red-carpet-look. "Why are they so thin?" "They have a thigh gap" "They don't have bellies" artists work out they have personal trainers. If you to become fit then you should start exercising or eat more fruits and veggies. One thing that you should never do is skip meals on purpose that is very bad. Just be your own kind of beautiful wear things (make sure they're decent) that make you feel comfortable and you. When you accept who you are and what you have then you'd feel so happy you'd laugh at yourself for being so insecure.
